SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Lavender 333. We’re committed to delivering your CBD products safely, discreetly, and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options through USPS and UPS. Most standard orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping delivers within 2–3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, and carrier volume.

Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes when UPS is selected at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions (CBD Products)
Due to current federal and state laws, we are only able to ship CBD products within the United States. We do not ship CBD products internationally.

We are unable to ship CBD products to the following states and U.S. territories:

  • Idaho
  • South Dakota
  • Nebraska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Guam
  • Puerto Rico

We regularly monitor state and federal regulations. If the legal status of CBD changes in your state, we reserve the right to cancel or delay your order.

Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to purchase CBD products from our store. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement in your state. We reserve the right to request age verification for compliance purposes.

Discreet Packaging
Your order will arrive in plain, unbranded packaging. Product labeling complies with all legal shipping requirements, and we prioritize your privacy.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays. If your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact your local post office or UPS facility.

If your order arrives damaged, or if the wrong item was shipped, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns on opened CBD products due to health and safety regulations. If your item is unopened and in original condition, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are issued once the product is received and inspected.
